Enjoy three unmissable excursions in northern Argentina: Cafayate with its rock formations and wines; Cachi, between slopes, mountains and cardones; and Humahuaca, with its colorful mountains, rich history and culture. You can choose the dates of the excursions, they do not necessarily have to be consecutive days. Each excursion is a full day, leaving and returning to the city of Salta. Therefore, keep in mind that to purchase this excursion pack you must have at least 3 days in the destination. During the circuits there will be stops to walk, tour the towns and take beautiful photos!
Day 1: Welcome to Salta
Reception and transfer to the hotel. Start your adventure with a warm welcome and free time to explore the charming city.
Day 2: Charm of Cachi
Departure to Cachi at 6:30 am. We will cross the beautiful Lerma Valley and the Calchaquí Valley, passing through the Quebrada de los Laureles, Quebrada del Escoipe and the fascinating Cuesta del Obispo. We will stop at the Enchanted Valley and the Piedra del Molino, at 3,430 meters above sea level, and we will travel along the "Tin Tin" Straight. We will visit the Cardones National Park, the majestic Nevado de Cachi and the picturesque town of Payogasta before arriving in Cachi. Return to Salta.
Day 3: Wonders of Cafayate
Pick up from the hotel starting at 6:30 am. We will begin our tour through dazzling landscapes, visiting Cerrillos, El Carril, Valle de Lerma, Coronel Moldes, and Germany. We will continue through the impressive Quebrada de las Conchas, admiring natural formations such as the Devil's Throat, the Amphitheater, the Yesera, the Sapo, the Obelisk and the Castles. We will arrive in Cafayate for a unique experience in its wineries, where you will enjoy a wine tasting. Return to Salta.
Day 4: Wonders of the Humahuaca Gorge
Early departure along Route 9/34 towards San Salvador de Jujuy. On our way, we will cross unforgettable landscapes such as Yala, Volcán and Tumbaya until we reach Purmamarca, home of the famous "Hill of 7 Colors". We will continue to Maimará to admire the "Pintor's Palette" and then visit the historic Pucará de Tilcara. We will continue towards Huacalera, passing through the Tropic of Capricorn, and we will arrive at Uquía, where you can see the impressive Cuzco Paintings. Finally, we will arrive in Humahuaca to contemplate its Independence Monument before returning to Salta.
Day 5: Urban Exploration in Salta
Departure at 10:00 am. Discover the historical and cultural treasures of Salta, starting at Plaza 9 de Julio. We will see the majestic Cathedral Church, the fascinating Museum of High Mountain Archeology (MAAM), the historic Cabildo of Salta, the San Francisco Church, the San Bernardo Convent and the Güemes Monument. We will end the tour in the vibrant gastronomic area and the charming Plaza Belgrano.
Day 6: Farewell to Salta
Transfer to the Bus Terminal or Salta Airport. Take with you unforgettable memories of this magical experience.

Cumplió, aunque esperaba un poco más por el precio. Volvimos a Conchas al día siguiente por nuestra cuenta. Muy prolijos con los horarios. Faltó un baño disponible en una parte del recorrido. Lo recomendaría igual.

Buena elección si es tu primera vez en Cafayate. Nunca hubiéramos llegado a Viaja por nuestra cuenta. El guía se apoyaba bastante en un guion, pero explicaba bien. El único detalle fue que faltó agua disponible, sobre todo con el calor. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.

A nice outing without being unforgettable. Perfect for getting an overview, then going back to what you liked most. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. A printed map was missing, everything relied on the phone. A good experience on balance.
