Positivo en general, con margen de mejora. Por el precio que pagamos, la verdad que rinde muchísimo. Se agradece el visita libre del Pequeño y Gran Trianón y del Hamlet de la Reina. Nos hubiera gustado más variedad en el menú principal. Buena experiencia dentro de todo.

Very good, just short of excellent. We really enjoyed the Gran Trianón Lisbon part. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. Drinks took a while to arrive at the start. A good experience on balance.

Amazing day

Please note that the tour does NOT include pick up at your hotel.
Please check-in 30 minutes prior to the start of the activity with your ID and reservation number from the supplier.
Important: Closing of the Grand Queen's Chamber.
In winter: little train in the park to the Trianon / In summer: walk in the park to the Trianon.
It is strongly recommended not to wear stiletto heels (parquet in the halls and large cobblestones in the courtyard).
Baby strollers are forbidden in the palace.
Visit not recommended for people with walking difficulties or reduced mobility: about 3 hours walking.
The access, without waiting line, is subject to regulatory restrictions of the Palace of Versailles: Vigipirate plan, security control or an unforeseen influx may exceptionally cause waiting times.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
