Before becoming a museum in 1793, the Louvre was for centuries one of the main residences of the kings of France. Located in the heart of Paris and covering an area of 73,000 m2, it houses the largest collection of artworks in the world, tracing more than 9,000 years of history, from ancient civilizations to the 19th century. The collections are divided into eight departments: Egyptian Antiquities, Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities, Near Eastern Antiquities, Islamic Art, Paintings, Sculptures, and Decorative Arts.

Your itinerary includes the must-see highlights: the Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci in 1506, the medieval foundations of the palace, ancient treasures such as the Venus de Milo and the Caryatids, a passage through the Etruscan collections, Pharaonic Egypt with the Seated Scribe and a mummy, the Galerie d’Apollon and its jewels, major French paintings such as Liberty Leading the People, the decorative arts of the kings and the apartments of Napoleon III, as well as the Richelieu Wing and its magnificent French sculptures.

Muy contentos con la elección. El orientación dentro del museo con un escolta siguiendo una ruta optimizada superó lo que esperaba. Los músicos en vivo le dan otro nivel a la noche. Ojalá todos los tours fueran así.

Boa experiência, com um detalhe que vale saber antes. Não tínhamos ideia da história de Visite. Ideal para ter uma visão geral e depois voltar ao que gostou mais. Um detalhe: os assentos não são os mais confortáveis num trajeto longo. Recomendo no geral.

Casi perfecto
Nos pareció correcto y bien organizado. El grupo no era enorme, lo que hizo todo más cómodo. Es una forma muy práctica de ubicarte en la ciudad el primer día. Solo por Paris vale la pena el paseo. Solo por Museu do Louvre vale la pena el paseo. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. El horario de regreso se estiró casi una hora más de lo previsto. Recomendable en general.

Muito melhor do que eu imaginava. Ótimo guia, atento com o grupo todo e muito paciente. O bilhete de entrada para o Museu do Louvre resolveu nosso dia. Recomendo sem pensar.

Muy buena experiencia en general. Que venga con orientación dentro del museo con un escolta siguiendo una ruta optimizada hace toda la diferencia. Sacamos muchísimas fotos, el recorrido pasa por los lugares justos. Algunas paradas necesitan más sombra para esperar. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.

Melhor do que esperava
Foi o melhor dia da nossa viagem a Buenos Aires. A passagem por Recorra foi rápida e direta. O ponto de encontro estava bem indicado e fácil de achar. Já recomendei para dois amigos que viajam no mês que vem.
