Enjoy four unmissable excursions in northern Argentina: Cafayate with its rock formations and wines; Cachi between slopes, mountains and cardones; Humahuaca, with its colorful mountains, rich history and culture; and the Salinas Grandes, with their impressive immensity. Each excursion is a full day starting from Salta capital and returning to it. Therefore, to purchase this excursion pack, you must have at least 4 full days in the city of Salta. Includes free transfer from Salta airport to central hotels only. During the tour there are stops to walk and take photos!
Day 1: Welcome to Salta
Reception and transfer to the hotel. Start your adventure with a warm welcome and free time to explore the charming city.
Day 2: Charm of Cachi
Departure to Cachi at 6:30 am. We will cross the beautiful Lerma Valley and the Calchaquí Valley, passing through the Quebrada de los Laureles, Quebrada del Escoipe and the fascinating Cuesta del Obispo. We will stop at the Enchanted Valley and the Piedra del Molino, at 3,430 meters above sea level, and we will travel along the "Tin Tin" Straight. We will visit the Cardones National Park, the majestic Nevado de Cachi and the picturesque town of Payogasta before arriving in Cachi. Return to Salta.
Day 3: Wonders of Cafayate
Pick up from the hotel starting at 6:30 am. We will begin our tour through dazzling landscapes, visiting Cerrillos, El Carril, Valle de Lerma, Coronel Moldes, and Germany. We will continue through the impressive Quebrada de las Conchas, admiring natural formations such as the Devil's Throat, the Amphitheater, the Yesera, the Sapo, the Obelisk and the Castles. We will arrive in Cafayate for a unique experience in its wineries, where you will enjoy a wine tasting. Return to Salta.
Day 4: Fascinating Salinas Grandes
We leave for the Salinas Grandes, passing through Yala, Volcán, Tumbaya and the impressive Cerro de los Siete Colores in Purmamarca. Discover the spectacular Cuesta del Lipán and the Abra del Potrerillo at 4,150 meters high. Admire the blue volcanoes and vast Salinas Grandes de Jujuy. Enjoy lunch in Purmamarca and a walk along the Paseo de los Colorados before returning to Salta.
Day 5: Wonders of the Humahuaca Gorge
Early departure along Route 9/34 towards San Salvador de Jujuy. On our way, we will cross unforgettable landscapes such as Yala, Volcán and Tumbaya until we reach Purmamarca, home of the famous "Hill of 7 Colors". We will continue to Maimará to admire the "Pintor's Palette" and then visit the historic Pucará de Tilcara. We will continue towards Huacalera, passing through the Tropic of Capricorn, and we will arrive at Uquía, where you can see the impressive Cuzco Paintings. Finally, we will arrive in Humahuaca to contemplate its Independence Monument before returning to Salta.
Day 6: Urban Exploration in Salta
Departure at 10:00 am. Discover the historical and cultural treasures of Salta, starting at Plaza 9 de Julio. We will see the majestic Cathedral Church, the fascinating Museum of High Mountain Archeology (MAAM), the historic Cabildo of Salta, the San Francisco Church, the San Bernardo Convent and the Güemes Monument. We will end the tour in the vibrant gastronomic area and the charming Plaza Belgrano.
Day 7: Farewell to Salta
Transfer to the Bus Terminal or Salta Airport. Take with you unforgettable memories of this magical experience.

Es de esas cosas que uno recuerda años después. Nunca hubiéramos llegado a Quebrada de Humahuaca por nuestra cuenta. No esperaba que incluyera excursión de día completo a Salinas Grandes, un plus. Faltó un baño disponible en una parte del recorrido. Muy recomendable para cualquier edad.

Lo volvería a hacer sin dudarlo. Me quedé con las ganas de más tiempo en Conchas. Anfiteatro nos voló la cabeza, no esperábamos algo así. El precio es honesto para lo que se recibe. La pasamos bien, lo recomiendo con un par de salvedades. Que venga con visita de día completo a Cafayate hace toda la diferencia. El guía se apoyaba bastante en un guion, pero explicaba bien. Recomiendo hacerlo temprano, hay menos gente y mejor luz. Volvimos a Quebrada al día siguiente por nuestra cuenta. Faltaba un mapa impreso, todo dependía del celular. Nada grave, pero vale saberlo antes de reservar.
