Description

Gibraltar, the British overseas territory in the south of Spain, is a corner of tourist attraction due to its unique and peculiar way of life. The journey to get there, from Seville, takes about two hours. During which you will cross the province of Cadiz, with its fabulous cork oak forests and picturesque white villages. Once the border is crossed, the guide will show visitors to the main tourist attractions from the vehicle.
The famous "Rock tour" begins with the entrance to the nature reserve, where you will make a first stop at the viewpoint of the Pillars of Hercules. Afterwards, you will continue the tour to the Cave of St. Michael, an incredible grotto in the heart of "The Rock" with Gibraltar geological formations such as stalactites and stalagmites. Then, the visit to the rock will continue to meet the famous and friendly monkeys, which are the only individuals in the wild that we can see on the European continent. The tour of the nature reserve will FINAL next to the "Tunnels of the Great Siege", dug by hand during the eighteenth century by English soldiers (as a defense strategy against the attacks of the French and Spanish army), and the Moorish castle of Gibraltar.
Before ending the visit, you will have time to visit the commercial area of the city near the famous Main Street, where you can enjoy the many shops and bazaars that make Gibraltar famous as a shopping centre.

Not to be missed

Excellent from start to finish. The guide gave us restaurant tips that turned out to be spot on. Great that accompanying Guide was included. If we come back to Sevilla, we will do it again.
