We´ve prepared an incredible program filled with excitement, action and fun. Make friends with two playful dolphins who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek, hint: they expect the same from you! Then hold onto one of their fins as they take you on a speedy ride through the sea. You´ll have free time at play with the dolphins to experience all their fun quirks. But the most thrilling moment is the famous foot-push. Estuvo bueno, con altibajos. Nos atendieron por WhatsApp para una duda y respondieron en minutos. Muy buen detalle que incluyera idioma: inglés y español. Los baños en el camino son bastante básicos. Recomendable en general.

Recommended, as long as you know what to expect. We had enough time at Foot Push to take photos without rushing. I compared prices before booking and this was the best deal. At rush hour the traffic stretches the route out quite a bit.

Minimum height to participate in Sea Lion program is 4.6ft.
Minimum height to participate in Manatee program is 3.9ft
In Puerto Aventuras groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.
The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim

Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
Participants must be in good health with the ability to understand our dolphin trainer's instructions.
IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
