Buena experiencia
Estuvo bueno, con altibajos. Correcto el guía, aunque el micrófono le fallaba cada tanto. La coordinación fue puntual y todo estuvo organizado. Sale más que hacerlo suelto, pero te ahorra toda la organización. Se agradece que venga con idioma: inglés y español. Faltó un poco más de tiempo libre al final.

De lo mejor que hicimos en el viaje. El guía respondió hasta las preguntas más raras con datos precisos. El paisaje en Actividad no entra en una foto. Todo fluyó sin demoras ni esperas largas. El interacción de 30 minutos con un delfín llegó justo cuando lo necesitábamos. Muy recomendable para cualquier edad.

In this swim program at Dolphin Playa del Carmen, the maximum number of people per group is 20 to ensure a closer experience.
Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft must do the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
IMPORTANT: currently, we are NOT accepting US dollars in cash at our facilities (check-in, restaurant, boutique, and photos), however, we accept Mexican pesos in cash. If you want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency.Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter program
if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.
