Due to countless requests from our guests for a morning culinary experience, we are proud to present our newest adventure: the Brazilian Breakfast Class in Rio, a hands-on session starting at 9:00 a.m.
Guided by a friendly local instructor, you'll prepare a fluffy pão de queijo, a rustic corn cake straight from grandma's kitchen, and a refreshing fruit smoothie that locals call "vitamina."
As the flavors fill the air, we'll take you on a guided tasting of three single-origin Brazilian coffees, from fruity notes from the Cerrado to nutty, chocolatey roasts from Minas Gerais.
You'll also enjoy a colorful selection of fresh tropical fruits and juices, and finish with our signature brunch cocktail: the Mango Mimosa, made with sparkling wine and fresh mango pulp.
