We loved it
Highly recommended, no reservations. Ideal for a special night out. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. Westfield Shopping City Süd Munich has a very special atmosphere. The dessert was the weakest part of the meal.

The commentary is available via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

On which days does the tour operate? The Big Bus Tour runs every day of the year.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed/electronic ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
What is the child policy? A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible. We do not allow electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further information.
Can I take my dog on the bus? Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is permitted. The dog must not exceed knee height.

What is a Family Ticket? A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 16+) and 2 Children (Age 5 â 15).
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09:30 am from Stop 1 at the Opera / Walfischgasse, and buses will come every 30 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year (4.00 pm in winter). Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 12 at Lower Belvedere at the Danube Tower / Donauturm and Stop 12 at the Danube Tower / Donauturm however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 20 Big Bus stops. Refunds To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactVIE. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
