Lo haría de nuevo, aunque cambiaría un par de cosas. De todo el recorrido, ZUM KAISER es lo que más recuerdo. Buena logística, se ve que lo hacen todos los días. Lo único es que la información previa podría ser más clara sobre el punto de encuentro. Buena experiencia dentro de todo.

We loved it
We came away delighted. The ZUM KAISER area at night is something else. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. The group was not huge, which made it much more comfortable.

Best day of our stay in Buenos Aires. The stop at Viena was our favourite. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. Our guide was warm and took time to chat with everyone.

Boa experiência, com um detalhe que vale saber antes. Guia muito gentil, mas o grupo era grande e não dava conta de todos. O ritmo era confortável, nem corrido nem chato. Nunca teríamos chegado a ZUM KAISER por conta própria. Mandamos uma dúvida no WhatsApp e responderam em minutos. Algumas paradas precisam de mais sombra para esperar. In what languages is the commentary available? Audio commentary is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, and Russian.
When does the tour operate? The Big Bus Vienna tour runs daily, all year round.
What is the child policy? Child tickets are available for children aged 5 to 15. Children aged 4 and under can travel free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Most of our buses are wheelchair accessible, though we are unable to accommodate electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further details if needed.
What are the day tour departure times? The first tour departs at 09:30 from Stop 1 (Opera/Walfischgasse), with buses running every 30 minutes until around 17:00 (16:00 in winter). You can start or redeem your ticket at any of the 20+ Big Bus stops across Vienna.

Can I bring my dog on the bus? Yes, dogs are permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is allowed, and it must not exceed knee height.
