Terminamos el día hablando de lo bien que había estado. El guía manejaba los dos idiomas del grupo sin problema. La organización se notó, cero improvisación. Llevá una campera liviana, el clima cambia rápido. El hop-on Hop-off ilimitadamente durante la validez del billete (24 horas) nos resolvió el día. Sin dudas una de las mejores experiencias del viaje.

Fue el mejor día de nuestro viaje a Paris. Me quedé con las ganas de más tiempo en Paris. Muy bueno para una primera vez en la ciudad. Pagamos bastante menos que otras opciones y la experiencia fue igual de buena. Ojalá todos los tours fueran así.

Superou o que esperávamos. O wi-Fi e fones de ouvido gratuitos foi bem pensado. O grupo não era enorme, o que deixou tudo mais confortável. Guia excelente, com muito conhecimento da história local. Preferiria menos tempo de deslocamento e mais no lugar. Já recomendei para dois amigos que viajam no mês que vem.

Muy recomendable, sin vueltas. La reserva fue simple y llegó la confirmación al toque. El guía hizo la diferencia, se le notaba que le gusta lo que hace. La parada en Louvre fue lo que más nos gustó. El tarjeta de asistencia médica local vale por sí solo. Si están por Paris, no se lo pierdan.

What is the child policy? A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with a baby.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Do I need to specify a date of travel? Yes â weâll ask you to CHOOSE the date youâd like to hop on the bus. If youâre touring with Big Bus for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
What time do tours start and finish? Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours start between 10am and 5:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at Stop 1.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? 90% of the fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and they try to run these vehicles evenly throughout our service. Please contact NEXT for further information. Please contact the Big Bus Information Centre (+33 (0)1 42 61 24 64) to have the list of our wheelchair accessible fleet on your day of travel.
Is there a commentary in my language? The Big Bus Paris sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean or Mandarin Chinese. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones.
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09.45 am from Stop 1 at the Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre, and buses will come every 10 -15 minutes until 5.30pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 3 at Notre Dame and Stop 8 at the Tour Eiffel however you can redeem your ticket at any of up to 11 Big Bus stops. Refunds To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactPAR. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
