This unique experience will allow you to learn and enjoy every step of the preparation of the authentic Uruguayan asado, from lighting the fire to savoring the best meat in the country.

We'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to a charming bodega where this culinary experience will begin, where you'll be greeted with an introduction to mate, Uruguay's most emblematic drink, which you can enjoy while we start preparing everything needed for the asado.

You will NEXT enjoy a board of Uruguayan cheeses and salami, accompanied by fresh bread, while enjoying an exquisite tasting of five wines from Bodega Fallabrino.

A barbecue expert will accompany you on this experience, in which you will learn how to CHOOSE and prepare the cuts of meat, light the fire in the barbecue, manage the cooking times and techniques and prepare a delicious chimichurri, the perfect sauce to accompany the barbecue.

We'll finish with lunch where you'll taste the fruits of your labor: a succulent strip steak, colita de cuadril and choripán. During the meal, you can enjoy Tannat or Moscatel Rosé, as well as soft drinks and mineral water. And to finish, you'll enjoy a traditional dessert: Martín Fierro, a perfect combination of cheese and membrillo jam.
