Especially designed for the entire family. Dolphin Encounter is the ideal Dolphin Swim program to introduce your children to the nature of marine animals and the beauty they offer. Your kids will be able to enjoy safe and fun activities that will delight them and have them entertained while they learn. The whole activity is done over a safe submerged platform in the Caribbean Sea, there´s no need of swimming. The program includes hugs and kisses, a handshake, and dolphin behaviors.

Una experiencia redonda. La explicación en Isla Mujeres nos dejó pensando. Cancun nos voló la cabeza, no esperábamos algo así. La coordinación fue puntual y todo estuvo organizado. Nos acompañó un guía muy cálido, que se tomó el tiempo de charlar con cada uno. Muy bueno para una primera vez en la ciudad. De lo mejor que contratamos por internet.

Solid choice
Does what it says on the tin. The price is honest for what you get. Well signposted throughout, and staff were attentive. Having use of beach club lockers, showers, swimming pool, lounge chairs makes all the difference. Isla Mujeres was a surprise, it was not on our list. It dragged a little through the middle section.

Reservamos de última hora e foi um acerto. O motorista estava esperando com a placa na saída, espera zero. Os tempos estavam bem calculados, não foi corrido. O motorista foi contando o que era cada coisa até Cancun. Se voltarmos a Buenos Aires, repetimos.

*In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 20 people for a closer experience.
*The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.
*For safety reasons, pregnant women with more than 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic activities. Pregnant women with 5 months or less will be able to participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed the responsibility form.
*For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
*IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN´S POLICY
* Children over 4’- 6” are allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs paying the adult rate.
* Children 3’- 9” to 4’- 6” are allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
* Children 3’- 3” to 3’- 9” are allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
* Children under 3’- 3” will be considered infants and will only be allowed perform the Encounter program. It is a requirement that the life vest fits according to regulation.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Remember we have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, it is important arrive 30 minutes before of each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
