Description
Your first stop will be Zaanse Schans, a pretty town on the banks of the Zaan River and a popular destination for its well-preserved windmills, some of which date back to the 17th century. See evocations of traditional Dutch life in the historic shipyard, as well as Holland's iconic windmills.
Then continue on to Volendam and Marken and admire a picturesque scene of fishing boats and the occasional local in traditional Dutch costume. In addition to stops of about 45 minutes in each town, you will visit a nearby cheese dairy for a demonstration and sample of their dairy production.
A visit to a local shoemaker to admire the art of carving and painting the wooden clogs for which Holland is known is also a memorable part of the trip.
In addition, the tour includes a free 30-minute boat ride between Volendam and Marken. Once you've taken plenty of photos, the tour concludes with a bus ride back to the center of Amsterdam.

Good experience
Positive overall, with room to improve. Perfect for getting an overview, then going back to what you liked most. Marken Market blew us away, we were not expecting that. The pre booking support answered all our questions clearly. Compared with doing it yourself, it works out well. There was no toilet available on one leg of the route. I would do it again anyway.

Cumple con lo que ofrece. Para lo que incluye, el precio es más que razonable. Que venga con demostración de gofres con jarabe hace toda la diferencia. Solo por Volendam and Marken vale la pena el paseo. El audio se cortaba en un par de tramos. Buena experiencia dentro de todo.
