Make friends with two playful dolphins who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek, they expect the same from you! Then hold onto their dorsal fins as they take you on a speedy ride through the water. You'll have free time at play with the dolphins to experience all their quirks. But the most thrilling moment is the famous foot-push. Lo disfrutamos mucho, aunque hay cosas por mejorar. Nos tocó un día despejado en Foot Push y fue una suerte enorme. Para lo que incluye, el precio es más que razonable. Le pondría un pero al tiempo libre, se sintió corto en algunas paradas. Vale la pena, sabiendo lo anterior.

Cumplió con todo lo que prometía y un poco más. Ferry de ida y vuelta Cancún - Isla Mujeres - Cancun quedó en todas nuestras fotos. El personal de tierra fue amable desde el primer contacto. Nos acompañó un guía muy cálido, que se tomó el tiempo de charlar con cada uno. El ritmo era cómodo, ni corriendo ni aburrido. Ya lo recomendé a dos amigos que viajan el mes que viene.

In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Remember we have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, it is important arrive 30 minutes before of each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (for the moment we are not receiving dollars, just mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

Please note: The itinerary and inclusions of any ticket which features animals is subject to change without notice. We cannot offer any refunds when any such changes are made as these are beyond our control.
IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
