You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to CHOOSE the best ingredients with the season. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta recipe, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.

A wonderful experience
Highly recommended, no reservations. I did not expect local market tour in english and italian to be included, a nice bonus. We would never have made it to Cooking on our own. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Lecce.
