During the class, the local host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a lovely Italian meal accompanied by a selection of local wines.
Every host serves local specialties from their family cookbooks to tell the story of their traditional regional cuisine. A sample menu always includes starter with seasonal ingredients, fresh pasta of the region, and typical dessert.

Reservamos a último momento y fue un acierto total. Salió todo en horario, sin sobresaltos. Las fotos de Italian no le hacen justicia. El grupo era chico y eso hizo todo más tranquilo. Si lo comparás con hacerlo por tu cuenta, conviene. Si están por Lecce, no se lo pierdan.

Buena elección si es tu primera vez en Lecce. Se respetó al minuto el horario de regreso. El ritmo era cómodo, ni corriendo ni aburrido. El horario de regreso se estiró casi una hora más de lo previsto. Buena opción, sobre todo si es tu primera visita.
