- Our representative will be holding a flag and a blue sign with the logo of City Wonders at the meeting point for easy recognition.
- Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.

- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
- Like in most popular attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, please be aware of pickpockets and scams such as people asking to sign petitions. Please be aware of your belongings.

Disclaimer
- We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.

The meeting point is NOT at the Eiffel Tower.
The meeting point is located outside the Avenue Elisée Reclus, at the intersection between Avenue Silvestre de Sacy and Avenue Elisée Reclus. Your City Wonders representative (wearing blue and holding a City Wonders sign) will be waiting for you on the intersection of the two streets.
