Description
Since then, the Carrau family has been part of a small group of families in the world who have quietly and tirelessly dedicated themselves to the development of a tradition, representing ten uninterrupted generations of winemakers today. One of the oldest wineries in the country, built in 1887 and restored by the Carrau family. Its colonial house and beautiful park and vineyard make it an ideal place to discover some of the best wines in South America, just a few minutes from downtown Montevideo.

Lo elegimos por las fotos y resultó incluso mejor en persona. Buena selección de vinos, nos explicaron cada uno. Pagamos bastante menos que otras opciones y la experiencia fue igual de buena. Ya lo recomendé a dos amigos que viajan el mes que viene.

Cumple lo que promete
Cumple con lo que ofrece. El guía cumplió, sin ser memorable. Que venga con traslados hasta los hoteles lo hace más completo. Lo único mejorable fue la espera al inicio, arrancamos unos veinte minutos tarde. Se puede mejorar, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

Mucho mejor de lo que imaginaba. Muy bien que incluyera traslados hasta los hoteles. Terminar en Bodega Carrau fue el mejor cierre. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.
