Description
From the lagoon, the trail becomes more challenging as we take a less-traveled side trail, which passes through areas of fallen trees and ancient beaver dams. As we leave the vegetation line and reach higher altitudes, the terrain transforms into pure mountain scenery. The effort intensifies, but each step brings us closer to more impressive landscapes.
Our guide, always attentive and equipped with safety equipment, leads us between large unstable rocks to a natural terrace with panoramic views of Laguna Esmeralda and the surrounding mountains, such as Mount Olivia and the Five Brothers. From there, the most technical part begins: the final ascent to the glacier.
Suddenly, an imposing sea of ice appears before our eyes, dominated by the majestic Rhino Towers. There, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, we take a moment to enjoy a hot lunch and recharge our batteries before embarking on the glacier crossing, a unique and memorable experience.
At the end, we descend along the same trail, with the attention and respect that the mountain deserves, concluding a day of total connection with nature and personal growth.

Buena opción para conocer Ushuaia. El grupo era chico y eso hizo todo más tranquilo. Desde es de otro planeta. Buen guía, correcto y amable. Llegar a Desde fue impresionante. Todo muy bien señalizado y con el personal atento. Los baños en el camino son bastante básicos. Se puede mejorar, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

Really enjoyable, though there is room for improvement. Very friendly guide, though the group was large and they could not reach everyone. Slick logistics, clearly done every day. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. We got a clear day at Cinco Hermanos and that was pure luck. The one downside was the wait at the start, we left about twenty minutes late. Recommended overall.

Está muy bien, aunque le falta poco para ser excelente. El traslados ida y vuelta desde su hospedaje en Ushuaia llegó justo cuando lo necesitábamos. Le falta señalización en el punto de salida, nos costó encontrarlo. Vale la pena, sabiendo lo anterior.

Delivered everything it promised and then some. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. Photos of Unforgettable do not do it justice. The box Lunch sorted our day out. We had enough time at Laguna Esmeralda to really enjoy it. Great guide, attentive to the whole group and endlessly patient. An experience worth every minute.
