Description
Located a few kilometers from the of the Iguassu River with the Paraná River, the waterfalls takes you to a state of awe with their size, water flow and strong current.
The geologic change that gave birth to the Iguassu Waterfalls took place nearly 150 million years ago and shook the earth crust around the globe. At the Iguassu region those changes created a gigantic canyon, full of rock steps through which the grand Iguassu flows, producing a huge steam cloud and a deafening sound.
The average flow of the Waterfalls is around 1.800 m3 per second, for an average amount of 10 million liters per second. During the rain season, the stream of the Iguassu River increases and shows an even more beautiful spectacle.
The biggest waterfall is the 'Devils Throat', which is 90 meters high. The volume of water poured down creates a cloud of drizzling water that can be watched from kilometers away.

Excellent
One of the best things we did on the whole trip. The 10 minutes helicopter flight is a smart touch. For what is included, the price is more than fair. The guide managed the group impeccably, nobody got left behind. I have already recommended it to two friends travelling next month.

Cumple con lo que ofrece. El auto tenía agua fría esperándonos, un detalle mínimo que se nota. Muy bien el detalle de traslado ida y vuelta a la mayoría de los hoteles de Foz do Iguazú. El único detalle fue que faltó agua disponible, sobre todo con el calor. Se puede mejorar, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

Mucho mejor de lo que imaginaba. El chofer manejó con mucho cuidado todo el trayecto. El paso por Vehículos fue rápido y directo. La organización se notó, cero improvisación. El paso por Parque Nacional fue rápido y directo. Muy buena relación precio calidad. Volveríamos a contratarlo.

Buen paseo
Buena experiencia, con un detalle que conviene saber antes. Usamos vuelo en helicóptero de aproximadamente 10 minutos todo el tiempo y funcionó perfecto. Nos tocó un guía muy amable, aunque el grupo era grande y no llegaba a todos. Sacamos muchísimas fotos, el recorrido pasa por los lugares justos. El audio se cortaba en un par de tramos. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.
