It is a unique space of its kind for holding events, it is located in the General Güemes Gallery, a late art nouveau style building that has an interior pedestrian passage that connects Florida and San Martín streets. It was the first building in Buenos Aires built entirely of reinforced concrete and is also considered the first skyscraper in the city.
It is made up of the Astor Piazzolla Theater and the Carlos Gardel Theater, and in both spaces the sophistication, elegance and pure Art Noveau style of the Belle Epoque stand out.

Lo haría de nuevo, aunque cambiaría un par de cosas. Volvimos dos veces a Solo Show en el mismo día. Evitamos toda la fila de boletería, eso solo ya vale. La organización se notó, cero improvisación. Las filas de las atracciones principales son largas al mediodía. Nada grave, pero vale saberlo antes de reservar.
