Description
The Guaraní themselves welcome tourists as expert guides, sharing their hunting rituals, the making of their crafts, songs, and beliefs. They invite them on hikes along forest trails, and at the end of the tour, you can purchase a souvenir from the community's artisans.
We will conclude the excursion with brunch at Hotel El Pueblito, where we will taste typical delicacies: chipa guazú (cheese bread), Paraguayan soup, mbeyu, fried yuca, sweet potato, alligator skewer with cheese, natural juices, soft drinks, and iced tea.

Muito boa experiência no geral. Serviu para decidir onde voltar no resto da semana. O guia sabia muito, mas às vezes era difícil ouvir por causa do barulho da rua. Mandaram todas as informações por email no dia anterior, bem claro. Sai mais que fazer solto, mas poupa toda a organização. A frequência entre os ônibus poderia ser melhor nas últimas paradas.

Would repeat in a heartbeat
Far better than we expected. Active Participation alone makes the trip worthwhile. We had enough time at Active Participation to take photos without rushing. Easy going, you do not need to be fit for it. Our guide was the highlight: incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer anything. We would book again.
