Description
We bring authentic Basque culinary culture to the heart of Buenos Aires’ San Telmo neighborhood—just steps from Plaza Dorrego—featuring wonderful ingredients and the expertise of traditional Basque grill masters. Highlights include prime cuts of red meat (such as the *txuletón*), fresh fish, organic garden vegetables, and a carefully curated selection of Argentine wines.

Appetizer – a starter of your choice from the following options:
- Assorted croquettes: ham, mushroom, and cod
- Txipirones a la bruta (squid cooked in its own ink)
- Grilled mushrooms with a free-range egg yolk
- Dry-aged beef picanha
A main course of your choice from the following options:
- Malbec-braised beef cheek with hand-mashed potatoes
- Catch of the day with roasted peppers and sliced ??potatoes
- Roasted seasonal vegetables
- Dry-aged beef meatballs with shoestring potatoes
A dessert of your choice from the following options:
- Dark chocolate truffles and a hot beverage (coffee or tea)
- Basque cake with ice cream

Achamos correto e bem organizado. De todo o roteiro, Argentine é o que mais lembro. Saiu no horário, sem sustos. No horário de pico o trânsito alonga bastante o roteiro.
