Description
Traveling toward the southern border of the Czech Republic, we will arrive at the edge of Vienna after approximately 3 to 4 hours of travel through the picturesque landscape of Bohemia and Moravia.
Passing through the city is Europe's largest river, the Danube our bus will travel around the famous Ringstrasse, a magnificent boulevard which Franz Joseph I built in the 1880's on the site of demolished city walls. On the way, you will see splendid, majestic buildings including palaces, museums, hotels and parks with statues of important people. After the tour we will return by bus to the centre of the city for a walking tour through Hofburg (own expense), the Habsburg's winter residence. Then we will travel to Saint Stephen's Cathedral. after your guided tour, enjoy free time for lunch, shopping or visit Schonbrünn Chateau (own expense). At the FINAL of this free time, we will meet in front of Saint Stephens's Cathedral to board the bus for our return trip to Prague

Vale la pena, con algunos detalles a pulir. El guía se apoyaba bastante en un guion, pero explicaba bien. Si lo comparás con hacerlo por tu cuenta, conviene. Llegar a Praga fue impresionante. El almuerzo fue simple para lo que dura la jornada.

Pleasantly surprised. The route is well thought out, no backtracking or wasted time. Our guide was the highlight: incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer anything.
