We enjoyed it a lot, with a couple of small niggles. They emailed all the details the day before, very clear. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. We got more out of airport pickup than we expected. Some stops need more shade while you wait. Recommended overall.

We found it well run and correct. Aeroporto Internacional de Santiago feels like another planet. Nice touch including airport pickup. Only gripe: the group was a bit larger than we expected.

You can either print your voucher or show the e-voucher at the time of check-in. Our guide will be waiting for you holding a placard with your name.

In regard of your arriving flight, we will be picking you up at the Santiago International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you at the Exit Gate N°4 at the airport, in front of the restaurant La Pica. He will be with a sign with your name on it. Remember to look for our driver specially recognized by it's CHIRAK/GRAY LINE uniform and signs.
IMPORTANT: Please don't accept extra transfers at the airport from anybody. Our driver will have a sign with your name on it and a t-shirt with GRAYLINE and CHIRAK on it. We will not ask you to take another taxi and pay you later the difference.
