Good, with ups and downs. We used round Transportation From Designated Locations the whole time and it worked perfectly. Well signposted throughout, and staff were attentive. Our guide was lovely, though a bit rushed on some explanations. Not the cheapest, but justified. The return ran nearly an hour later than scheduled. I do recommend it, with the caveats above.

Better than expected
Much better than I had imagined. We stayed on walking around Cozumel after dinner. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. The menu according to choice lived up to it. If only every tour were run like this.
