We found it well run and correct. Good wine selection, and they explained each one. They emailed all the details the day before, very clear. Very friendly guide, though the group was large and they could not reach everyone. The guided pairings with wines, beers, or tropical drinks was much appreciated. The dessert was the weakest part of the meal. Recommended overall.
