Description
The visit begins with a warm welcome at the Estancia’s Market, a space inspired by traditional country stores, where you’ll be greeted with a welcome glass of wine. A host will introduce the history of the estate, its winemaking project, and the philosophy behind each experience.
You will then tour the main areas of the estate, including the Fogón, the Patio, and the vineyards, planted with vines brought from Mendoza. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of three wine varietals selected by Alejandro Vigil, showcasing the character and quality of internationally acclaimed wines.
The experience is completed with a three-course lunch prepared using seasonal, locally sourced products: fresh vegetables, eggs, dairy products, poultry, and premium beef. Each dish is crafted with deep respect for the ingredients and perfectly paired with high-end wines, the true hallmark of Estancia Vigil.

Simplemente perfecto. Muy bueno que incluyera servicio de Cafetería Nespresso. Terminamos con una idea clara de cómo está armada la ciudad. Se ve que el guía elige bien qué contar, nunca se hizo pesado. Alejandro Vigil nos voló la cabeza, no esperábamos algo así. Faltaba un mapa impreso, todo dependía del celular. Si volvemos a Buenos Aires, lo repetimos.

If your hotel is not included in our pick-up route, we will contact you to indicate the nearest hotel where you should meet the vehicle. Please wait in the lobby of the designated hotel.

Arrival at Estancia Vigil: 11:00 am.
