Description
Your day will begin with an early morning departure from Times Square in Manhattan, where you will be met by your professional bilingual guide.
Your first destination will be the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. (travel time is approximately 4 to 5 hours), where the tour will begin with a visit to the Iwo Jima Memorial, dedicated to honoring U.S. Marines by recreating a famous photograph taken during World War II: the raising of the American flag at the Battle of Iwo Jima, Japan. You will NEXT continue with a visit to the impressive Lincoln Memorial, honoring the president who championed the abolition of slavery in the United States.
Washington, D.C., is the center of the three branches of U.S. government. During this tour, you will stop to view two of them from the outside: the White House, the residence and office of the U.S. president, and the Capitol Building, home to Congress and where the nation's laws are made. The Washington tour concludes with free time for lunch on your own.
Your next destination is the first capital of the United States, chosen during the Revolutionary War: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You'll board the comfortable bus again for an approximately 3-hour journey. You'll arrive directly in Philadelphia's historic Old City district. Your first stop will be at Independence National Historical Park, where your guide will lead you on a short walking tour.
You'll have the opportunity to see some of the main historical sites, such as the Liberty Bell, a symbol of American independence, and Independence Hall, the birthplace of the nation. It was within its walls that the founding documents of the United Statesâ??the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776) and the Constitutionâ??were debated and adopted. The Philadelphia tour concludes with a stop at the Rocky Steps, in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where you can reMAKE the famous scene from the 1976 film by climbing the steps.
At the FINAL of the day, relax aboard the bus for the return trip to Times Square, Manhattan, with an estimated arrival time between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm. The day's itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints.

Much better than I had imagined. The talk at Washington DC y Filadelfia really stayed with us. The pace was comfortable, neither rushed nor dull. Do not hesitate, book it.

Impecable

Si volvemos a New York, lo repetimos.
