Description
Gran Chamán Wine Tour
On the Gran Chamán tour, you will taste Gran Reserva wines with an experienced guide. Composed of:
Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec, we add one of our premium wines, Gran Chamán, selected by the winemaker and viticulturist, to this tasting. You will also receive an extra surprise glass during the tour.
The tour consists of two parts. The first is a visit to the winery, where a guide will accompany you, telling you about the history of the vineyard, showing you some of the machinery and equipment, and the different processing rooms.
In the other part of the tour, which is unguided, you will take a ride on our cable car, learn about the pre-Hispanic villages of the Mapuche, Aymara, and Rapa Nui cultures, and enjoy the view of our vineyard from the astronomical center.
Then explore the fascinating collection of more than 80 cars from different eras and specialties in the Automobile Museum, which includes everything from the 1890 Everett, the oldest car in America, to luxurious models such as Rolls Royce and Ferrari.
You will also find the original DeLorean from 'Back to the Future,' Eliseo Salazar's Indy Car, and the Austin Prince that Queen Elizabeth of England used during her visit to Chile.
In addition, immerse yourself in the rich history of wine around the world at our Wine Museum, housed in a steel warehouse dating back to 1900.
Discover topics such as the history of wine, art, the church and wine, cultivation and production, cork and barrel manufacturing, service, and wine aromas in this 2,000 m2 space.
