Solid choice
Good experience, with one thing worth knowing beforehand. Times Square feels like another planet. If you are into photography, bring spare batteries. Including live Guide takes a worry off your hands. The guide was fine, if not memorable. There was some dead time in the middle that could be put to better use. There is room to improve, but no regrets.

What is the child ticketing policy? A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities? Yes, 100% of our New York fleet is wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair lifts on our vehicles have a maximum capacity of 650 pounds. If you require a different accommodation, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for an accommodation. Please note that messages left on the office general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed or mobile ticket to a member of staff at stop #1 M&Ms World (7th Ave & W 48th St or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Refunds To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactNYC. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker for your refund request.
