Positive overall, with room to improve. The price is honest for what you get. Red Routes was a surprise, it was not on our list. We got more out of pre-recorded Commentary In 24 Languages than we expected. One of the stops was closed that day and nobody mentioned it. I do recommend it, with the caveats above.

Nos pareció correcto y bien organizado. Lo de línea Verde estuvo muy bien pensado. Llevá una campera liviana, el clima cambia rápido. Hubiera preferido menos tiempo de traslado y más en el lugar.

How do I redeem my ticket? Simply present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus staff member at any stop. Theyâll issue your ticket and provide earphones.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Yes, but only on the Red Route. Green Route buses are not currently accessible. Please ask staff for assistance if needed.
Is there commentary available in my language? The tour offers pre-recorded commentary in 24 languages, including English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese, and more. Complimentary earphones are provided when you board.
Which days does the tour operate? The Big Bus Prague tour runs daily, year-round.
What is the child ticket policy? Children aged 5-15 need a child ticket. Children 4 and under travel free. All children under 15 must be accompanied by someone 15 or older.
How can I find the nearest stop? You can find your nearest stop by downloading the Big Bus Tours app, which includes route maps, stop locations, and live bus tracking.
What is a Family Ticket? A Family Ticket allows two adults (aged 16 and above) and up to three children (ages 5 to 15) to travel together on one booking.
When do tours start and how frequently do buses run? The first bus departs at 09:10 am from Stop 1 at Na PÅíkopÄ (Downtown). Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes until 4:40 pm, depending on the season. You can also start your tour from other main stops like Old Town Square (Stop 4) or Main Train Station (Stop 9).
Can I bring my dog? Yes, dogs are welcome on board as long as they are well-behaved.
