First thing on the itinerary is a walk to Florence’s market to pick up the ingredients you will prepare for your lunch. Meet the butchers, the bakers and the farmers who sell vegetables that they’ve grown in their own gardens. The friendly and charismatic chef accompanying you will help you find the highest quality ingredients in the market. Vegetarians are welcome too, just be sure to let us know in advance.
Cook a nice Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence
After getting all the fresh ingredients you need, you’ll head to a professional location just a short walk away. But before you start prepping for your lunch, you’ll enjoy a delicious tasting of local products. Then, under the expert guidance of our chefs, you’ll learn how to make a three-course meal. Menus vary on the season, but it will usually be a starter of bruschetta, followed by fresh pasta such as ravioli or tagliatelle, all rounded off with a dessert.

Once you’ve cooked your meal, of course you get to eat it - along with unlimited Chianti wine. La pasamos bien, lo recomiendo con un par de salvedades. Nos ubicaron en una mesa con muy buena visual del escenario. Que venga con Almuerzo con vino ilimitado lo hace más completo. Las mesas están un poco juntas. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.
