Cumple con lo que ofrece. Lo de autobuses de dos pisos con techo abierto estuvo muy bien pensado. El guía sabía mucho, aunque a veces costaba escucharlo con el ruido de la calle. Hubiera preferido menos tiempo de traslado y más en el lugar. Se puede mejorar, pero no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

Would repeat in a heartbeat
So glad we booked this. The guide made the difference, you could tell they love the job. The group was not huge, which made it much more comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Londres.

Good, with caveats
We left satisfied. I compared prices before booking and this was the best deal. We got more out of 48 Hours Hop-on, Hop-off Ticket than we expected. A printed map was missing, everything relied on the phone.

Nos fuimos conformes. Muy bien que incluyera 3 paseos por Londres. Avisamos que uno del grupo era vegetariano y lo resolvieron sin drama. Las mesas están un poco juntas. Lo recomendaría igual.

Important
What is the child ticketing policy? A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 4 - 15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
On which days does the tour operate? Our London Big Bus Tours operate every day of the year.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity period of your ticket.
Accessibility Our buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all vehicles within the fleet. There is space for one wheelchair per bus (unless the second customer is able to transfer to a fixed seat, in which AFFAIR a second wheelchair can be accommodated in a fixed position).
We do have some restrictions in place due to weight and stability, and advise that we do not carry mobility scooters. We also may not be able to accommodate larger wheelchairs for the same reason. The maximum weight allowed on the ramp is 300kg, which is the weight of the wheelchair when occupied. The wheelchair also cannot exceed the width of the designated wheelchair seating area.
To avoid any disappointment on your day of travel, we would be happy to confirm in advance whether your wheelchair can be accommodated on board, and would ask you to send an email to info@bigbustours.com including a photograph of your wheelchair, as well as an indication of the width and weight of the chair. Please feel welcome to contact us for further information.
Refunds To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactLON. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 8:30 am from Stop 1 at Green Park Underground and buses will come every 15 â 20 minutes until 6 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 11 at the London Eye and Stop 16 at Tower of London however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 40 Big Bus stops. What is a Family Ticket? A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 16+) and 2 Children (Age 4 â 15).
