How do I activate my ticket? Activate your ticket on the Big Bus Tours app on the day of travel. Show the activated ticket to the driver to board. If you canât activate via the app, show your printed ticket or QR code to staff to receive a paper ticket.
Accessibility All buses are wheelchair accessible, with space for one wheelchair per bus. Maximum ramp weight: 300 kg. Mobility scooters canât be carried. For larger wheelchairs or special requirements, email info@bigbustours.com with details before travel.
