You can hop on and off the bus at any of our designated Big Bus stops, as many times as you wish on all of the offered routes. All located near Los Angeles' best attractions, you're free to delve deeper into the city at your own pace. Simply re-join the tour when you're ready. Or, alternatively, you are very welcome to stay on board for the entire tour and let us take you for a scenic spin of the city.

Do I need to specify a date of travel? Yes âweâll ask you to CHOOSE the date youâd like to hop on the bus. If youâre touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. On which days does the tour operate? The Big Bus tour of Los Angeles operates daily, excluding Thanksgiving Day (24 November), Christmas Day (25 December) & Oscar's Day (12 March '23). On rare occasions, our service may be affected by events outside of our control. Do check our service alerts for any unexpected disruptions.
Where can I start my Tour? The Hollywood Loop (Red Route):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop #1 (Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood, 6763 Hollywood Boulevard).
Last Bus: 4:30pm at Stop #1 (Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood, 6763 Hollywood Boulevard).
Full Circuit Time: 2 hours (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 30â45 minutes.

The Beach Loop (Blue Route):
Departs Stop #6 (Beverly Gardens Park, 9385 Santa Monica Blvd): 10:45am, 11:45am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:15pm.
Departs Stop #16 (Santa Monica Pier, 1540 2nd Street, Santa Monica): 10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm., 3:45pm
Full Circuit Time: 90 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: 5/6 shuttles daily (see times above).
Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities? Yes, we operate wheelchair accessible vehicles with lifts that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that our entire fleet in Los Angeles is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your travelling partner(s) requires an ADA accessible vehicle, please contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. We can NEXT arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. If you require a different accommodation, please also contact us 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement so we can make arrangements for an accommodation. Please note that messages left on the office general voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 10:00 am from Stop 1 at the Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood, and buses will come every 30 â 45 minutes until 4.30 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 5 West Hollywood and Stop 11 at Paramount Studios however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 15 Big Bus stops.
