How to visit Florence in one day? See the main attractions in one day with this tour, with a walking tour of the historic centre and skip the line tickets to two of the city’s art museums.
Take a walk through the streets of Florence and discover the city’s history and architecture
A pleasant walk through Florence is the best way to get acquainted with the city’s splendour and secular heritage. You’ll learn about the city’s historic and architectural evolution and its changing face from its Roman foundations to the Renaissance and the present day. A walking tour of Florence shouldn’t miss the most important sites, and this one definitely doesn’t. You’ll see the Piazza della Signoria with its town hall, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo Cathedral, the Baptistery, Giotto’s bell tower, Brunelleschi’s Dome, and the Ponte Vecchio among others!
Get skip the line Accademia tickets and meet Michelangelo’s David
Even if you book ahead, you can spend ages waiting to get into the Accademia Gallery. However, you don’t have to as you’ve got skip the line tickets! Once you get in, an art expert will guide you through the gallery and to its highlight the Statue of David. The 17-foot-high sculpture is a symbol of Florence, but there’s more to see than just that. There are also Michelangelo’s famously unfinished sculptures, Prigioni and San Matteo, as well as paintings and sculptures by Botticelli, Uccello and del Sarto.
Get skip the line Uffizi tickets and admire its outstanding collection
The last stop on today’s tour is the renowned Uffizi Gallery. Arguably the most important museum in Italy, the Uffizi is home to an incredible collection of artworks from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance and beyond. Your guide will bring works by Giotto, Michelangelo, da Vinci and more to life, and you won’t even have to wait in a queue to get in as you have skip-the-line tickets! A wonderful FINAL to the day, not-to-be-missed off your Florence itinerary!

Better than expected
We picked it from the photos and it was even better in person. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came through instantly. A really practical way to get your bearings on day one. We would never have made it to Galería de la Academia on our own. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Florencia.

Se pasó volando y nos quedamos con ganas de más. Solo por Accademia and Uffizi vale la pena el paseo. Terminamos con una idea clara de cómo está armada la ciudad. Volveríamos a contratarlo.

Exceeded expectations
So glad we booked this. The earphones For Groups Of More Than Six detail adds a lot. Suitable for any age.

Very well organised
Booked at the last minute and it was a great call. We had enough time at Galeria Uffizi to take photos without rushing. The guide switched between languages effortlessly. Great for a first visit to the city. Highly recommended.

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Lo volvería a hacer sin dudarlo. Muy buen detalle que incluyera Entrada sin filas a la Galería Uffizi. Se notaba que el guía es de la zona, contaba cosas de primera mano.

Almost perfect
Really enjoyable, though there is room for improvement. The Florence Shared Walking Tour is a smart touch. The wifi they advertised did not work. I would do it again anyway.
