The official Royal residence in Scotland, Her Majesty the Queen conducts important official business here, as well as hosting lavish engagements and garden parties.
State Apartments
Take a walk through the exquisitely decorated State Apartments, renowned for their beautiful plasterwork ceilings, historical works of arts and incredible collection of magnificent tapestries. Reflecting the changing tastes of the monarchs through the ages, the scope of decor is impressive.
Visit the Throne Room and see where the Knights and Ladies of the Order of the Thistle attend the special luncheon. Enter the Great Gallery, the largest room in the palace, filled with Jacob de Wet’s portraits of legendary Kings of Scotland.
Mary, Queen of Scots’ Chambers
These historic apartments were once home to the legendary Mary, Queen of Scots and the location for many dramatic events including the murder of her Italian secretary. During her short and turbulent reign, Mary resided at Holyroodhouse; visit the Bedchamber, the Outer Chamber and her oratory.

Está muy bien, aunque le falta poco para ser excelente. La organización se notó, cero improvisación. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. La zona de State Apartments Niagara de noche es otra cosa. Correcto el guía, aunque el micrófono le fallaba cada tanto. La música estaba algo fuerte para conversar. Buena experiencia dentro de todo.

Una de las mejores cosas que hicimos en Edimburgo. Nos encantó la zona de Rainha dos Escoceses. Sale más que hacerlo suelto, pero te ahorra toda la organización.

Nos gustó bastante, con un par de detalles menores. Sacamos muchísimas fotos, el recorrido pasa por los lugares justos. Pasar por María valió el tour entero. La frecuencia entre unidades podría ser mejor en las paradas del final. Igual lo volvería a hacer.
