Description
The British Music Experience tells the story of British Music through costumes, instruments, performance and memorabilia. Whatever age you are, and whatever you are into, there is something here for you.
Admire outfits worn by artists from Freddie Mercury and Dusty Springfield to Adam Ant, the Spice Girls and Mick Jagger and musical instruments played by some of the world’s most renowned artists from Queen’s Roger Taylor to the Sex Pistols and Ian Curtis. See handwritten song lyrics from Adele, the original statues from the Brits and the Apple Corp front door from Saville Row.
The Museum includes galleries, interactive zones, audio visual experiences and hologram performances. You can get hands-on in the Gibson Interactive Studio by learning to play guitar, drums or keyboards, dance your way through the eras in the Dance the Decades studio and sing your heart out in the Vocal Booth.
After the main event browse an exclusive range of gifts, clothing, books and memorabilia from the Merch Store and you can rest those dancing feet with a selection of delicious snacks and meals in the Star Café.
Join us to celebrate British music and its influence across the world.
To mark the 50th anniversary of Rock Against Racism, the British Music Experience will explore the movement’s history through a new temporary exhibition. Bringing together a selection of powerful photographs captured by photographers Syd Shelton and John Sturrock, alongside original posters, placards and magazines, the exhibition will revisit a pivotal moment in British music and social history - and celebrate the enduring relationship between music, activism and social change.
The exhibition will run from 10 September 2026 to 3 January 2027.

Excelente
Cumplió con todo lo que prometía y un poco más. El guía nos dio recomendaciones de dónde comer que resultaron buenísimas. Si lo comparás con hacerlo por tu cuenta, conviene. No esperaba que incluyera boleto de entrada, un plus. Volveríamos a contratarlo.

Un placer
Una experiencia redonda. Excelente guía, con muchísimo conocimiento de la historia del lugar. El boleto de entrada vale por sí solo. Ya lo recomendé a dos amigos que viajan el mes que viene.

Not to be missed
We booked this on a whim and it ended up being our favourite day. The venue in Freddie Mercury has a beautiful setting. Our guide remembered everyone by name, a nice touch. Having Entry Ticket makes it more complete. The pre booking support answered all our questions clearly. One of the best things we have booked online.

Much better than I had imagined. Our guide remembered everyone by name, a nice touch. We had no idea about the history of Liverpool. Five well earned stars.

Perfect intro to the city
It flew by and we wanted more. We changed the date two days ahead with no fuss. Much appreciated that entry Ticket is included.

De lo mejor que hicimos en el viaje. Para lo que incluye, el precio es más que razonable. Si están por Liverpool, no se lo pierdan.
