Description
Your knowledgeable guide will enrich your experience by sharing fascinating insights into the centuries-old traditions of the Papacy and the ceremony you are about to witness. As you wait for the event to begin, your guide will help you connect with the deeper meaning behind what’s to come.
Then, the square begins to stir. His Holiness Pope Leo XIV, the first American ever elected to the Papacy, emerges amidst applause and reverent cheers. A native of the United States and a powerful symbol of a modern, more global Church, Pope Leo XIV is renowned for his humility, openness, and heartfelt connection with audiences. His presence in St. Peter’s Square has ushered in a new era—more inclusive, more approachable, and more spiritually engaging than ever.
As he greets the crowd and takes the stage, blessings are delivered, hymns are sung, and reflections are shared in multiple languages. With the background provided by your guide, each element of the event takes on a richer significance.
This isn’t just a tour—it’s an opportunity to be part of something sacred, moving, and rare. Whether your interest is religious, cultural, or historical, witnessing a Papal Audience led by the first American Pope is a powerful memory that will stay with you long after you leave Rome.

Far better than we expected. We got a brilliant guide, full of facts and good humour. Taste Roma has a very special atmosphere. The return time was kept to the minute. If only every tour were run like this.

Boa experiência no balanço geral.

Would do it again
Far better than we expected. We messaged them on WhatsApp with a question and got an answer in minutes. It costs more than going alone, but it saves you all the planning. Much appreciated that spanish-speaking guide is included. The guide managed the group impeccably, nobody got left behind. Easily one of the best things we did.
