From the most remote corners of nature to the most famous cocoa plantations in the world, we will discover the cocoa fruit and its types of beans. We will delve into the geographies of Peru, Madagascar and Ecuador, exploring their sustainable harvests, carefully selected by La Chocolaterie Chocolats.
Flavors of Origin: Each piece of chocolate reveals a story of aroma and flavor. You will learn to recognize and taste the varietals, feeling how the chocolate melts in your mouth, releasing subtle and deep notes.
