Nice outing
Does what it says on the tin. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. The talk at Guatavita really stayed with us. No long waits at any point. The only thing is that the pre trip information could be clearer about the meeting point. I do recommend it, with the caveats above.

Positive overall
It delivered, though I expected a bit more for the price. We went back to Bogotá on our own the next day. The tourist tour is a smart touch. A really practical way to get your bearings on day one. A printed map was missing, everything relied on the phone. There is room to improve, but no regrets.
