First on the agenda is a visit to Tegalalang rice terrace. Nestled deep in Bali's verdant valleys, the ancient irrigation system is an agricultural icon with UNESCO world heritage status. Stroll through the fields and admire the greenery surrounding you.
Next, you'll take a scenic drive via the village of Petulu onto central Ubud. Here, explore the grounds of the 16th-century palace where the current royal family still lives. Then, its on to Ubud Market where you can browse the stalls for Balinese handicrafts and textiles. To round off the tour, there's a stop at a monkey forest. Wander around amongst the long-tailed macaques which inhabit the area. You'll NEXT be taken back to your hotel.

Good, with caveats
Good value for money. The one suitcase and one hand luggage per passenger sorted everything. The meeting point was well signed and easy to find. Getting through Bali was quick and direct. We waited about fifteen minutes longer than agreed. Sort those details and it is a ten.

Good experience, with one thing worth knowing beforehand. Perfect for getting an overview, then going back to what you liked most. The price is honest for what you get. We went back to Bali on our own the next day. At rush hour the traffic stretches the route out quite a bit.
