Description
You'll receive an enlightening survey of gorgeous Lisbon. Making your way to the Belém quarter, you'll discover this jewel in Lisbon's crown. Located where the Tagus River meets the Atlantic, Belém is the launching point for Portugal's 15th- and 16th-century maritime explorations.
Situated amongst modern exhibits and busy cafes are historical sites and monuments that defined an empire. Time to visit Belém Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and icon of the Age of Discovery, as well as the Monument to the Discoveries.
Next, you'll be awed by the masterful Manueline architecture of Jerónimos Monastery, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the extravagant Ajuda National Palace, one of the earliest neoclassical buildings in Lisbon. (replaced by Royal Treasure Museum when closed).

Along the river we arrive at Alfama, an old and traditional district, where you will have the opportunity to walk in its narrow streets, and visit an handicraft shop if you want to. Then you will pass by the downtown (Baixa) to admire the most important squares of Lisbon such as the monumental Trade Square (Praça do Comércio); Rossio Square, the heart of Lisbon and the symbolic Restauradores Square. Then you can pass by the Liberdade Avenue, the 'boulevard' of Lisbon, to finish at Marquês de Pombal Square, admiring the statue of the 18th-century portuguese statesman responsible for Lisbon reconstruction after one of the most deadliest earthquakes in History, the 1755 Lisbon Earthquake.

Fair enough
A solid way to see Lisboa. Including one suitcase and one hand luggage per passenger takes the stress out of arrival. Getting through Patrimonio de la Humanidad was quick and direct. There was some dead time in the middle that could be put to better use.

Simplesmente perfeito. Conhecer um pouco de Museu do Tesouro Real no caminho foi um plus. Pagamos bem menos que outras opções e a experiência foi igualmente boa. Cinco estrelas mais que merecidas.

Buena opción para conocer Lisboa. Se puede hacer sin experiencia previa, te explican todo antes. En Royal Treasure Museum nos quedamos un buen rato en silencio, mirando. Faltó un poco más de tiempo libre al final. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.

Lo disfrutamos mucho, aunque hay cosas por mejorar. Si lo comparás con hacerlo por tu cuenta, conviene. La coordinación fue puntual y todo estuvo organizado. Bairro de Alfama fue una sorpresa, no estaba en nuestros planes. El audio se cortaba en un par de tramos. Lo recomendaría igual.

Boa opção para conhecer Lisboa. Muito corretos com os horários. Pelo que inclui, o preço é mais que justo. Uma das paradas estava fechada naquele dia e não avisaram. Nada grave, mas vale saber antes de reservar.

Nos encantó
Lo elegimos por las fotos y resultó incluso mejor en persona. Nunca hubiéramos llegado a Belém Quarter and Alfama District por nuestra cuenta. El recorrido está bien pensado, no se repite ni da vueltas de más. Se respetó al minuto el horario de regreso. Si volvemos a Lisboa, lo repetimos.

Please note that we do not pick up from all hotels in Lisbon, in which AFFAIR you will be confirmed to meet at the nearest pick up point.
You will have to wait for your guide at the door of the indicated hotel or at the meeting point.
If your hotel is not part of our pick up list, the meeting point will be at our Terminal at Praça Marquês de Pombal, please be there 20 minutes before the start of the tour.
The Itinerary can be changed without prior noticed.
Mosteiro dos Jerónimos is closed on Mondays, on this day you will be given free time at this stop.
