You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to CHOOSE the best ingredients with the season. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta recipe, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.
After the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared for lunch or dinner with local wines. This experience is the perfect choice if you want to encounter the real Italian regional gastronomy through genuine connections, food, and friendship.

Nos gustó bastante, con un par de detalles menores. Se puede hacer sin experiencia previa, te explican todo antes. Pagamos bastante menos que otras opciones y la experiencia fue igual de buena. El aperitivo italiano: Prosecco y bocadillos nos resolvió el día. Hubiera preferido menos tiempo de traslado y más en el lugar. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.

Highlight of the trip
We spent the evening talking about how good it had been. Cooking alone makes the trip worthwhile. We took loads of photos, the route hits all the right spots. Easily one of the best things we did.
