You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to CHOOSE the best ingredients with the season. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta recipe, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.
After the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared for lunch or dinner with local wines. This experience is the perfect choice if you want to encounter the real Italian regional gastronomy through genuine connections, food, and friendship.

Simplemente perfecto. Nos pasaron toda la información por mail el día anterior, muy claro. Comparé precios antes de reservar y esta era la opción más conveniente. A solid way to see Roma. The share your passion for the Italian cuisine with other lovely guests was well thought out. Well signposted throughout, and staff were attentive. I would have preferred less transfer time and more time on site. A good option, especially on a first visit.
