During the class, the local host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a lovely Italian meal accompanied by a selection of local wines.
Every host serves local specialties from their family cookbooks to tell the story of their traditional regional cuisine. A sample menu always includes starter with seasonal ingredients, fresh pasta of the region, and typical dessert.

We picked it from the photos and it was even better in person. Timings were well judged, never felt rushed. I did not expect private 3-course lunch to be included, a nice bonus. We went with kids and they coped with the route just fine. An experience worth every minute.

Really enjoyable, though there is room for improvement. Getting to Trento was breathtaking. Not the cheapest, but justified. The toilets along the way are quite rough. Still recommended.
