We've prepared an incredible program filled with excitement, action and fun. Make friends with two playful dolphins who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek, they expect the same from you! Then hold onto their dorsal fins as they take you on a speedy ride through the water. You'll have free time at play with the dolphins to experience all their quirks. But the most thrilling moment is the famous foot-push. Experience the true strength of your newfound friends as they propel you forward through the water by the soles of your feet, an unbelievable feeling people can't stop talking about!

Vale muchísimo más de lo que cuesta. El guía nos avisó dónde valía la pena parar a sacar fotos. Que incluya área VIP te saca un problema de encima. La coordinación fue puntual y todo estuvo organizado. Riviera Maya justifica el madrugón. Faltó un poco más de tiempo libre al final.

In Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Remember we have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, it is important arrive 30 minutes before of each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (for the moment we are not receiving dollars, just mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
