Much better than I had imagined. The pop-Guide App Code including Accademia and Uffizi Museums Self-Visit arrived exactly when we needed it. We got a clear day at Galería de los Uffizi Pasadía and that was pure luck. What I liked least was the final stop, it felt rushed.

From March 27th to October 31st:
1. at 08:15 am At the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos.
From November to March: check in time 8:45am - entrance time 9:00am
2. Uffizi tickets will be sent digitally by email or Whatsapp to make access to the museum easier and ensure a smoother entrance experience, without having to check in with an assistant.
- Customers can visit the museums in total freedom and at their own pace
- It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time.
In AFFAIR of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry
- To confirm a booking the following details are mandatory for all the participants: First Name - Last Name - mobile phone number - Email address
- It is mandatory to present an original identity document.
- Participants have to download POP-Guide APP on their smartphone, from the APP store iOS or Android before the Tour, any way before arriving at the meeting point. They will receive the APP code from our Assistant at the Meeting Point together with the ticket
- Despite our reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to: Security check at the entrance (metal detector)
